Eddie Dilleen – Dilleen Property

Eddie, the Founder and Director of Dilleen Property, rose from humble beginnings to owning over 80 properties by age 31. Growing up in Mount Druitt, a low-income area in Western Sydney, Eddie was raised by a single mother who struggled financially. Despite these challenges, Eddie’s determination to succeed led him to start working at 14, saving money and learning about property investment from a colleague. Instead of following the typical financial paths of his peers, Eddie focused on property investing. He saved diligently and purchased his first unit on the Central Coast, which he still owns. Over time, Eddie built a multi-million-dollar property portfolio. In 2016, he founded Dilleen Property to share his knowledge and teach everyday Australians how to achieve financial independence through property investment.
